My son and I received the Lone Pine 0 as gifts for Christmas and we finally got to use them this weekend (4/12/14). I am very pleased with this bag. It packs down fairly small - not as small as a down bag - but it is relatively compact. The weight is good at 3lbs 10oz. I researched several down bags before purchasing this one and they all weighed about the same, and I couldn't see paying an extra $150 to $200 for a bag that will only get used four months out of the year. The bag is comfortable, warm and very soft. I wish it had a pocket on the inside to store small items, but that's not a biggy. The only complaint I have is the stuff sack ripped at the seams in two places. I'm not happy about that and expected a little better from SlumberJack, but I do have another stuff sack I can use. I have another SlumberJack sleeping bag and have not had a problem with the stuff sack in five years. All in all, the sleeping bag is very good and I expect to get many years of good service from it.

I am very pleased with this bag. I am a long time backpacker and this bag has all the features I need in a bag. The weight is good for the temperature rating. I also really like the draft tubes, sturdy zipper, secure, warm hood, and lack of cold spots. It compresses well, has a compression sack included (my last bag was 11 yrs old and the sack was still going strong..) and really does its job. All in all I am pleased with this purchase and as a 12 yr user of SlumberJack bags I will say you will not be disappointed. Try it...you'll like it!
